- 100 grams rolled oats (whole)
- 50 grams green pumpkin seeds (/pepitas)
- 60 grams flaked almonds
- 50 grams sunflower seeds
- 60 grams Grape-Nuts Cereal (soaked in warm water or green tea for 10 minutes and drained, or use 1 & 1 /2 cups oats)
- 12 grams quinoa (puffed, or amaranth – optional)
- 20 grams shredded unsweetened coconut
- 2 Tbsp. maca powder (– optional)
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds (or flax seeds, lightly ground)
- 1 tea (rounded tsp matcha, – the less expensive culinary grade is fine here)
- 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric (optional)
- 85 grams black treacle (/blackstrap molasses, they are not the same thing, but either are fine here)
- 85 grams maple syrup
- 180 grams cashew butter
- 1 coconut oil (rounded tbsp)
- 1/4 tsp. fine salt
- 1 Tbsp. yuzu (powder)
- 5 Tbsp. icing sugar (powdered/)
- water (Enough, to make a drippy drizzle!)
- 100 grams chocolate (dark best quality, I like Lindt or Green and Black’s cooking chocolate)

as most of us health nuts who love to play in the kitchen do: I changed a few things ie: Honey not syrup. No drizzle (not into sugars) didn't have pumpkin seeds nor pine nuts, rather dates and banana chips chopped . Prepared everything as instructed (rare for me!! hahaha!) This is absolutely my all time favorite protein bar recipe!!!!!
PS: I also added 2 must haves for my smoothies: Hemp protein powder 1 heaping tsp and Bee Pollen 1 heaping tsp
