- 2 Tbsp. coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 Tbsp. powdered gelatin
- 1 Tbsp. water (or Canton, ginger liquor)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups heavy cream (divided)
- 1 Tbsp. superfine sugar
- 2 Tbsp. matcha powder
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted (black)
- 1 1/4 cups sesame seeds (crushed or crush your own with 1-1/2 cups white sesame seed and 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt)
