- 150 grams passion fruit pulp (with seeds or 80 g without Passion fruit extract without seeds)
- 70 grams sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 80 grams unsalted butter
- 300 grams creamcheese (room temperature or about 10 minutes out the refrigerator)
- 150 grams butter (softened)
- 100 grams powdered sugar (sifted)
- 1 lemon
- 3/4 fruit curd (mixture of Passion, cooled)
