It was great! I used honey as a substitute, and this is now my go to for mashed Sweet Potatoes.

My family loved this. I added a bit if milk make it creamier. Turned out swell!

I mashed mine and they turned out delicious. I'm a decent cook as it is so when I decided to boil my sweet potatoes, I figured just adding some cinnamon,brown sugar,and butter would work, which is basically the recipe but they are amazing! I also added marshmallows for that Thanksgiving kick
