Had everything in the refrigerator to make this, and thought why not? Used my immersion blender for potatoes. Had to use evaporated milk because no whole milk in the house. Used better than bouillon chicken base. The potatoes had some rosemary on them, delicious! Put in chopped chicken, chopped ham, and some fontina cheese. Also some hot sauce for zip! Could use old bay seasoning too. I’d make it again. After sitting in refrigerator overnight tasted even better. Fried up some salami, cuz no bacon, put shredded cheddar on with fresh chives from garden for garnish.
