    It turn out great I substitute Parmesan for mozzarella cheese and it was good!!!

    I love how the consistency is so similar to mash potatoes! I pureed instead of hand mashed. Would add salt and pepper.

    Delicious but I added a little more flavor with pink salt and coconut milk. Instead of olive oil I used grape seed oil.
