Directions
- Cook minced garlic cloves in olive oil until fragrant.
- Rinse and mix in cannellini beans along with veggie broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer about 15 minutes.
- Mash mixture with the lemon juice. Drizzle with olive oil and season with coarsely ground black pepper.
