    I followed the recipe to the letter and it turned out great, I will say when blending adjust how long you blend the cauliflower for based on how you want the texture to turn out, for more thickness blend less, more creamy blend more. It tasted delicious, I’ll be making this again.

    I added fresh oregano, rosemary, garlic juice, and a little heavy cream. Topped with cheese in the oven and it was great!

    Consistency of mashed potatoes but the cauliflower taste was overwhelming. Maybe I should've added more pepper and some butter.

    Turned out great. Only 2 of us so I used 1 head and I used real butter and added some cream chord to give it a thicker consistency. I have a vitamix so it really puréed it 🤔. I'm going to bake it in the morning.

    I've really liked it..made half with butter and the other half with olive oil..I prefer the one with butter. Too bad my husband says he doesn't like cauliflower but at the same time he served himself twice.

    Actually tastes very similar to mashed potatoes. A different after taste but still good. We will see if the kids are fooled...

    This dish turned out really well. I loved the lighter texture compared to potatoes. I went a little overboard with the garlic (totally my fault). I think the consistency would have been more uniform with a food processor but I will definitely make this again.
