Far too buttery but the flavors were quite tasty. I made a plum version and used lemon extract instead of orange. 85g Brown sugar (I think next time I’ll use granulated of just melt the brown s down a bit) but I definitely never use as much as any recipe says too especially with fresh fruit. Overall the cake was super moist and flavorful but because I put the recommended butter it was just far too buttery, I’ll add ~75g next time if not less.
