- 6 Tbsp. honey
- 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. lime zest
- 6 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 4 bone in chicken thighs (skinless)
- 2 bone-in chicken breasts (skinless, Cut in half crosswise)

Directions
- Mix honey, soy sauce, lime zest, lime juice, and crushed red pepper in a large bowl. Add chicken pieces, stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate two hours, stirring occasionally.
- Preheat grill
- Turn off one burner, leaving 1 to 2 burners lit. Place the chicken pieces bone side down, (Reserve the marinade) on the unheated side of the grill rack. Close the lid, and roast undisturbed for 25 minutes. Or until done.
- Boil the reserved marinade for three or more minutes, until thickened. Pour over cooked chicken, and serve.
