Perfect Victoria sandwich. my tins are shallow so 1/2 the recipe was plenty. Made a few times now including a coffee and walnut variation. Very quick and easy with an electric whisk.

Was lovely!! The first bread and butter pudding I have made and the whole family loved it!! I'll be making this again for sure the steps are easy to understand and follow.
