    Added garlic, shallot, extra marsala wine and chicken stock instead of water. Added these things otherwise it would have been bland. The parsley is a must for something fresh in the dish. If nothing else, this dish definitely needs more Marsala wine in my opinion. I added about 1/2 cup more.
