This was delicious. The sauce was a little bland so I added some salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika. It was absolutely perfect after that. I served it over mashed potatoes with a side salad and my family loved it.

Maybe it’s just me, but I’ve tried a variety of these Tuscan-chicken recipes. None are really that flavorful, relying too much on the sun dried tomatoes for flavor. I think if I make it again, I’ll use a different mix on the chicken, such as cayenne pepper. Will keep looking…

Turned out well. i would suggest cutting the sundried tomatoes and cooking them with the garlic to make them softer and less chewy. i served mine with pototos.
