I’m so happy with this dish. It was so simple and tasty. I have family from pays Basque and would like to learn more about it. Definitely make some crusty bread for it! Most of these ingredients I usually have, including fish in the freezer. If there are crescent rolls in the fridge this makes a great “put off the grocery store one more day” dish.
