- 1 Tbsp. Thai fish sauce (or slightly more, I like Red Boat Fish Sauce, which is gluten-free)
- 2 tsp. Stevia In The Raw®
- splenda

- black pepper (to taste)
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 dried chiles (small red)
- 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 2 shallots (or one very small red onion, sliced thin, slices cut in fourths)
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. ginger root (grated)
- minced garlic (in a jar or pureed ginger root in a jar will work in this recipe)
- 2 skinless chicken breasts (boneless, cut in 1/2 inch pieces, be careful to keep them small)
- 1 cup baby bella mushrooms (sliced fresh, or use Shitake mushrooms if you’d like)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Not the most exciting meal but plenty of flavor and fairly simple ingredients.

Excellent recipe--would make it again--combination of lemon & garlic--very flavorful .. I made no changes to the recipe, shared it with my daughter--her comment--good choice of flavors..

Quick, simple, and delicious! I did opt to add more garlic and it turned out wonderfully. To make it even faster, next time I think I'll get the pre-cut steam pack cauliflower at Trader Joes.
