- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp. chili paste (sambal oelek, red)
- 3 scallions (sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. tahini (sesame seed paste)
- canola oil (for frying)
- 12 oz. firm tofu (extra-, cut into small rectangles, about 24, depending on the size)
- 1 bunch asparagus (ends snapped off, cut into 1″ pieces)
- 10 oz. oyster mushrooms (or more pearl, or whatever you can find at the market)
- sticky rice (Hot, cooked Japanese)
