- 1/4 cup tamari sauce (or Golden Mountain)
- 1 tsp. honey (marinade)
- 13 1/2 cans coconut milk
- 2 hot chili peppers (or to taste – fine chop)
- 1 inch grated ginger
- 3 garlic (– ground to paste, or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. cardamon (crushed)
- 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1 tsp. base (vegetable soup, instead of salt and adds more flavors)
- 12 oz. tomatoes (peeled cooked)
- 1 sweet onion (– chopped or small slices)
- 1 carrot (sliced)
- 3 tomatoes (roasted small sweet, tossed in at end)
- 1 handful fresh basil (– torn)
