Tough but tasty. I prefer a more tender cut and usually use this for stew but hubby wanted to have it roasted so we tried but most likely not again.

Perfect...a keeper recipe...the marinade was delish...roast was tender....added a tbls. of herbs de provance to marinade...made tasty gravy (placed 1 cup beef broth ond a couple of tbls. of eevo in bottom of roasting pan)
