- lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. groundnut oil
- 1 bunch buckwheat noodles (cooked to instructions)
- 1 handful frozen peas
- sweetcorn (Good handful of frozen)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves (roughly chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. coriander leaves (fresh, roughly chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. chives (snipped)
- 1 handful unsalted peanuts (toasted)
- 1 garlic clove (peeled and minced)
- 1 piece ginger (thumb, peeled and minced)
- juice (a lime)
- 1 Tbsp. kecap manis (Indonesian sweet soy sauce)
- 1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1 tsp. fish sauce
- 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce
- 2 Tbsp. black beans (in chilli oil)
- 1 tsp. runny honey
