Very tasty. Served with fresh garden tomatoes. Also used in salad. Love the fresh herbs and make sure to use extra virgin olive oil. I have also used sun dried tomato oil, and chop up some sun dried tomatoes to add also. Leftover oil is good on many things, may want to make extra.
