    I modified the recipe & made it into more of a marinade & changed the ratio of cucumber to onion & tomato. I used 1 cucumber, 1 chopped tomato & 1 red onion ( I should've made it only 1/2 of the red onion). I only added salt & pepper to taste & included the recipe suggestion of using Italian seasoning. The salad improves with sitting in the fridge for more than the 2 hours stated in the recipe.
