Comes with a good dough recipe! Easy and quick.
Pizza was good! I did add marinara sauce though because I thought it might be dry otherwise, glad I did! I like a pizza with sauce.
Baked on a circle pizza pan with holes (perforated pizza pan?)
Made 2 large pizzas and used up all the dough.
1st was baked, I think 15min - 5 on middle rack then 10 on bottom.
it was pretty crispy and close to burnt on the bottom, but wasn't burnt, it tasted fine.
2nd was baked 10 min - 7min on bottom 3min on top rack. This one was softer but just done. Might've had better results if 8-9min on bottom 3-4min on top.
Would make again and experiment with other toppings!
(2nd pizza wasn't recipe, I put different cheese - plus bacon.)
Served 6 people without doubling the dough.
