- 1/2 bunch spring onions
- fresh chives

Directions
- Take some shelled broad beans and peas.
- Add some mayonaise and a little cooked white rice.
- Add some sliced sping onion, some chives.
- Mix it all together then add some olive oil and fresh lemon juice. Simple, quick and delicious.
