- 1/3 cup coconut sugar (80 ml ,or xylitol)
- 2 Tbsp. water (30 ml)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract (5 ml)
- 30 drops liquid stevia (20- ,plain or vanilla, to your taste)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (60 ml ,preferably organic, melted, use refined if you prefer no coconut flavor)
- 1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds (15 ml ,finely)
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder (30 ml ,or raw cacao powder)
- 2/3 cup all purpose gluten free flour (plus 2 Tbsp ,190 ml, Ricki’s , or any gluten-free all purpose flour that measures one-for-one with wheat flour)
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder (2.5 ml)
- 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt (1 ml)
- 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum (2.5 ml ,use corn-free if allergic)
- 1 cup raw cashews (dry, or 1/2 cup, 120 ml natural smooth cashew butter)
- 12 oz. firm silken tofu (1 pkg ,or 375 g, aseptically sealed, I use Mori-Nu, NOT the kind refrigerated in water)
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar (180 ml ,or xylitol)
- 40 drops vanilla (30- ,plain, or English Toffee pure liquid stevia, to your taste, if using xylitol, English Toffee works best)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut butter (45 ml ,not coconut oil, melted)
- 1 1/3 cups pumpkin puree (320 ml ,unsweetened, be sure it’s just pumpkin; not pie filling)
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch (30 ml ,organic, or arrowroot powder)
- 2 tsp. canela (10 ml)
- 1/2 tsp. allspice (2.5 ml)
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg (1 ml)
- 1 tsp. ground ginger (5 ml)
- 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt (1 ml)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (15 ml)
- 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract (15 ml)
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder (30 ml ,or raw cacao powder)
- 2 Tbsp. yacon syrup (30 ml ,or coconut nectar)
