- 1 Tbsp. Shaoxing wine (or any rice wine or dry sherry)

- 1 tsp. cornflour (cornstarch mixed in 1 Tbsp water)

- 3 red chillies (dried, non smoked)
- 1/4 tsp. chilli flakes
