- 1 lb. pork sausage (Chinese, lap cheong, cut into slices 1/2 inch thick)
- 2 pkg. firm tofu (about 14 ounces each, drained and cut into 1-inch cubes, at room temperature)
- 2 bunches green onions (white and tender green parts only, thinly sliced on the diagonal)
