Okay, so I wouldn’t really call these blondies. Honestly, they’re just not. The texture is like that of cake more than a blondie, a blondie is supposed to be dense while these were fluffy which sincerely confused me. I also feel like it needed something else or more to make it really worth while to bake. Possibly a drizzle of further boiled/thickened maple syrup? I don’t know. I’m not going to say these were horrible, because they weren’t, but I don’t think I’ll be keeping this recipe in my yums.
