- 1/3 cup dried plums (Chopped, Look for Sorbate Free Plums, Ingredients Should Be Dried Plums Only)
- 1/3 cup walnuts (Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (Get the Best Quality Pure Maple Syrup You Can, Real Ingredients and No Additives)
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
