These were ok. I think you need to cook a bit longer than 15 minutes cause even though the toothpick came out clean still a bit mushy and appeared uncooked in the middle. It’s nice with the maple syrup on top. And I did the two table spoons of cinnamon and sugar on top - way too much for me. Next time I’ll do my portion of cinnamon-to-sugar one third-to-two thirds.
