    This was a great way to change up asparagus... Changes I made: instead of Maple Syrup, I used: White Balsamic Reduction (not a fan of maple), other options: Agave, or coconut nectar. I also added about 1/4 tsp granulated garlic. *** I also prefer my asparagus sautéed vs boiled... *** I tend to add either riced cauliflower, or frozen corn to give depth, & to stretch the asparagus.... since asparagus is a luxury for us.
