This sauce is AMAZING. I made it with pork chops, and it would probably be fantastic with salmon as well. I used red wine vinegar because that's all I had, added some thyme because I have that growing in my porch, and thickened the sauce with about a tsp of corn starch thinned with a couple Tbsp of cold water (add while stirring when the sauce is boiling, then reduce heat to simmer). Will definitely make this again.
