- 1/8 tsp. cardamom (each:, and cumin)
- 1 pinch nutmeg (and ground black pepper)
- 14 oz. silken tofu
- 1/3 cup chickpea flour
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 Tbsp. white miso
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt (I recommend using Kala Namak)
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup (for the glaze)
