- 6 drops liquid smoke
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/3 cup apricot jam (depending on how sweet you like it)
- pineapple slices (Caramelized, optional)
- 1 pineapple (cored and sliced into rings)
- 2 navel oranges (sliced into 1/2 inch rounds)
- 1/3 cup cloves (for garnish, optional)
