- 1 red bell pepper (diced)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup (walden farms)
- 1 tsp. Swerve (or nature mate, preferred)
- 2 Tbsp. curry paste
- 5 chicken breasts
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 8 zucchini (zoodled)

Directions
- pan fry chicken in coconut oil and garlic, season with salt and pepper. once cooked, chop it up.
- saute peppers in the coconut oil until softened and add chicken back to the pan.
- over medium heat add in the sweetener and syrup.
