- 5 Tbsp. bourbon
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

- 1 cup apples (chopped, I used honeycrisp)
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (you may need a little less or little more to your taste)
- 2 Tbsp. grated orange zest (freshly)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 cinnamon stick (small)
- 1 jalapeno (seeded + chopped, optional)
- 3 lb. baby red potatoes (each 1 1/2 to 2 inches in diameter)
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. coarse sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary (chopped + more for roasting)
