- 30 oz. hash browns (frozen shredded, thawed)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup bacon (McCormick® Good Morning Maple, Breakfast Seasoning)
- 3/4 tsp. salt

Directions
- Preheat waffle iron on medium heat. Drain hash browns then squeeze dry with paper towels to remove excess liquid. Mix hash browns, onion, Breakfast Seasoning and salt in large bowl.
- Spray inside top and bottom surfaces of 7-inch round waffle maker with no stick cooking spray. For each waffle, spread 1 cup of the hash brown mixture on waffle maker. Carefully close lid and cook 7 to 8 minutes or until desired crispness.
- Serve with maple syrup, if desired.
