- 200 grams shrimp (prawn)
- 2 kaffir lime leaves
- 1 lemongrass (crushed)
- 500 mL coconut milk (İ use coconut cream)
- 3 cups broth (shrimp, or hot water, 4 cup if you need more broth/ stew for your curry)
- salt
- sugar
- cooking oil (enough, for stir fry)
- egg noodle (rice noodle/ udon)
- vegetables (bean sprout, red radish, sorrel leaves, red onion slice or your own choice)
- coriander leaves (for garnish, optional)
- lemon (lime)
- 6 shallot (1 medium red onion)
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 cms ginger
- 2 Tbsp. desiccated coconut (or fresh one)
- 3 candlenuts (toasted)
- 2 cms fresh turmeric (toasted, or use 1 tsp powdered)
- 2 tsp. coriander seed (toasted)
- 5 red chili pepper
- chili (some bird eye, depend how spicy you want to go)
