Have made this numerous times and everyone loves it! Use it as a relish for burgers, a salad on the side or top your chicken with it. It is also a wonderful addition to halibut and rice.

OMG! Ssoooo yummy! I will definitely be making this again. The only thing I did differently was I bought the mango already chopped to save some time.

This salsa was delicious. We removed the cumin because we didn’t want the salsa to have a grainy texture. We also topped it with a mango rose to add to the presentation. Using this recipe, we made about 6 cups for 18 people and there wasn’t any leftovers. Overall, this salsa is a great addition to any meal, and we recommend it to everyone.

Delicious!
Easy to make. Added pineapple and substituted Mirin for green tobacco sauce. Used salsa to top broiled pork chops.
