- 1/2 Tbsp. ketjap manis
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (or halve it for a less spicy version)
- 1/2 tsp. coriander powder
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- hummus (spread of your choice)
- 1/2 mango (peeled and 1 cheek sliced thin)
- Triscuit Crackers (I used Original, but you can use cracked pepper or sriracha flavours as well)
