- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
- 2 inches ginger (piece of, finely chopped)
- 1 inch fresh turmeric (piece of, finely chopped, can use 1/2 tsp ground turmeric instead)
- 1 cup coconut milk (or your favorite dairy like beverage)
- honey (to taste, I used several tablespoons)
