- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt (optional)

- 2 pieces lacinato kale (washed, dried, ribs removed and thinly sliced)
- 1 cup black beans (cooked)
- 1 mango (large, peeled and diced into 1/4 inch cubes, about 3/4 cup cubed)
- 1 avocado (small, seeded and thinly sliced)
- 1/8 red onion (a small, very thinly sliced)
- 1/3 cup non fat greek yogurt (plain, or any plain Greek yogurt)
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves (loosely packed, no stems)
- 1/8 tsp. grated lime peel
- juice (from a small lime, about 2 tablespoons, divided)
- 1 garlic clove (peeled)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
