- 1/2 cup lime juice (which is 5 limes, if using Key limes, use half the amount)
- 2 cups mango (pulp, about 2-3 ripe mangos, pitted and peeled)
- 2 tsp. lemon juice (or orange juice)
- 1 pkg. jello (sugar free orange, or 2 tsp plain gelatin if it's easier for you)
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 mango (peeled and pitted)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice (or orange juice)
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 2 Tbsp. corn starch
