- 1 mango (ripe)
- 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- ice (several quarts)
- walnut

Directions
- Peel the mango, cut into small cubes and place in a blender with the sugar. Blend until puree forms.
- Grate some nutmeg into the puree. Add ice in batches and blend to desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass bowl and freeze for 1 hour. Tip: Can add 1-2 tablespoons of yogurt to the puree for a creamier consistancy.
