- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 3/4 cup full fat coconut milk (I only used the cream from the top of the can)
- 1/2 tsp. minced ginger
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 mangoes (thai yellow, called Atatufo or Manila, peeled and diced)
- basil (optional, for garnish: chopped, or sesame seeds)
