I love this bread. It turned out great and the addition of the nuts gave it a wonderful texture. I would have hoped the mango flavour to shine out more but the bread still tasted great. My wife found it a little too sweet so next time I'll use less sugar. What suprised me was how wet the batter was. I thought I added too much wet ingredients somewhere but the end product proved me wrong. This bread reminds me of banana bread but without the banana flavour. Maybe i'll try a different kind of mangoes that have stronger flavours next time.
