Amazing, delectable, perfect mango bread. This recipe makes a delightfully moist and spongy cake full of flavor!! I added about 3 cups of smashed bananas, some chocolate chips, and crushed walnuts to it, and I only had about a cup and a half of mango so that's what I used. Also, I was a bit crunched for time so I baked it at 375 for 45 mins instead of 350 for 55 as the recipe says. It came out perfectly!

This came out wonderful. I omitted the raisins and shredded coconut and topped it with desicated coconut before baking. Toasted coconut topped bread!

this is amazing. made last weekend. numerous requests making again today. no raisins because i just cant. delish
