- 2 cans mandarin orange (each weighing 320 g, 12 oz or 1 kg, 2 lb fresh mandarin oranges)
- 1 packet alphabet pasta (mohnback)
- 6 eggs
- 33 cups quark (20 % fat)
- 1 cup plain yogurt (or mandarin yoghurt if you prefer)
- 1,125 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup potato starch
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- fat (to grease the baking tray)
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
