Sooo good! I love that it’s so easy, takes just a few ingredients that I already have on hand and it goes perfectly with rice and a veggie. I will most definitely make this again.

This is an amazing entree! So easy and mouth watering. I served it to my musician guests before their house concert. We also had rice and asparagus. I forgot to sprinkle the rosemary on, but it’s absence didn’t alter the wonderful flavor of the chicken thighs and mustard sauce. I will serve this again and again. I’d make sure to make extra so I can have leftovers! Have ample rice as well.- I used white basmati. There’s something magical about that splash of rice vinegar! I am partial to Dijon mustard sauces anyway; this doesn’t taste like mustard after the maple syrup and vinegar do their work👍

It has a good taste, if you use authentic maple syrup i would recomend using a little less than the recipe calls for otherwise it will come out a bit sweet. All in all is a good recipe and would make again.

The chicken was very moist and flavorful. Absolutely delicious. I didn’t have fresh rosemary, so I added dry rosemary to the chicken and the mustard mixture. I added red pepper flakes as well because I love spicy food. I will definitely make it again.

Turned out delicious! I tweaked it a bit, cooking at 350°F for just a little over an hour...chicken comes out better if you go "low and slow," or go with a lower temperature and a longer cook time. It came out flavorful, tender, and juicy.
