I cut the thighs in to strips and topped it on top of Couscous and it was delicious! I might add spinach flakes from Augason Farms next time or use some frozen spinach to make a whole meal. You can’t go wrong with this recipe!

The flavors just didn’t mix well to me. Probably personal taste. I would not make it again.

According to my boyfriend, “it is really good, but not something I want to eat regularly”. So I guess he liked it, but only wants it on special occasions? I paired this with riced cauliflower and it was delicious to me :)

This was really good. I would never have thought of putting Dijon with maple syrup. I used chicken breast and did 1/4 c Dijon and 1/2 c of maple syrup. Didn’t have rice vinegar so used apple cider. I would cook it for 30 minutes next time but, even slightly over cooked, it was delish.

Seemed like a quick & easy recipe for a busy weeknight dinner. Followed the recipe as written and just not a fan of the flavor of this one. Sorry :(

This was amazing! The only change I made was using the same amount of syrup as the Dijon mustard!

It turned out great, we finished it all. I used 1/2 of yellow mustard because normally we don’t eat mustard. We will make it again. Thanks for the recipe!

Super quick and easy to whip up, and it’s pretty cheap, too.

Omg sooooo yummy. Used Apple Cider vinegar cause the store didn’t have rice wine vinegar and it turned out great. The “man” in the house are pleased :) so are the females

This was a hit! Some modifications: I added fresh garlic, used boneless chicken breasts, and sprinkled Parmesan on top. The chicken was so moist and flavorful. I baked my chicken at 400 degrees for 45 minutes until the top was golden brown. Also - the marinade is a little sweet for me, so I paired the chicken with some Cajun mashed potatoes.

I have made this chicken 3 times in two weeks. Delicious. Make a double batch for next day lunches. This dish is a busy mom's dream.

This was delicious and equally easy to make. My kids, who never ask for seconds, wished I had made more.

The whole family loved it. I used Tapioca flour to thicken the sauce. I forgot the Rice Vinegar. I added garlic with the Rosemary.

like everyone else who made this I thought it was fantastic!!! I spiced it up a bit and used chicken breast instead though.

Amazing! The whole family enjoyed this meal. So I ended adding using chicken breast and decreased the cooking time, still flipping it half way through. I also added a combination of Dijon and honey mustard, smoked paprika and dried parsley as I didn’t have rosemary on hand. And a bit less of the maple syrup. I’ll be making this dish on hand, next time with the right ingredients!

I've made this dish many times and it turns out amazing every time. highly recommend it if ylu enjoy great tasting chicken with an easy recipe. it also costs less than $20 for all the ingredients
Delicious Chicken was flavorful and very moist. Not labor intensive and reasonably priced.

It tasted great but I have a couple of suggestions. If you make this meal, don’t use sugar free syrup because as you can see it doesn’t crisp up. I would also suggest putting a side with it to make it more of a meal. But other than that it was great
