This was really good everyone loved it. I did make extra sauce for the top just cause my family likes a thick layer of sauce. Next time I’m going to add some green pepper to it just cause I love the flavor a green pepper adds to meatloaf.

This is an awesome recipe! My whole family loved it (YES! Even the children!) I followed the instructions. However, I halved the recipe for everything & used 3/4 cup plain breadcrumbs and 4Tbls of milk and soaked the crumbs while I sautéed the onions & garlic) and it turned out perfectly cooked and not dry. This will be a go to meal!!

i always have used organic grass fed beef, and followed the instructions (except i have to pulverize onions in my vitamix or food professor aa hubs has issues with onion texture) i think the chili sauce is the hidden secret in the gem. i have NEVER had an issue with this recipe not knocking my husband/familys socks off. i am making it tonight while on vacation in Costa Mesa California since my nephew (sous chef) joined us. he was salivating once i dumped the chili sauce/worstershire sauce in and it smelled phenomenal. to the gal who said there wasnt any taste.. something is wrong with your ingredients. use always, top notch/organic/farmed/gardened ingredients!!!

Even though I followed the directions exactly as written, I made the mistake of using fresh grass fed beef. My point being, I “covered up” the taste of a really good beef with the ingredients. It masked the taste of the beef. Otherwise, this is a very good recipe. It stayed moist and had its own tasty flavor. I will make this again, but with grocery store beef, not the high end beef, which is better for burgers.

Made this, along with the creamy macaroni and cheese, for my son, his friend, and me. So yummy! There were no leftovers. I will definitely make these dishes again :)

This was good, the bacon was a nice addition and I think helped keep the turkey moist along with the milk and saturated bread crumbs however, it wasn’t as amazing as I had hoped for and I couldn’t get mine to caramelize and brown as well as the photo looked. It had good flavor and I’ll probably make again without the sauce, I wasn’t a fan of the vinegar taste

Good flavor! I used wing sauce instead of chili sauce and didn’t use the sauce when baking but instead added on top when serving will definitely make again

This is the best meatloaf i have ever made or tasted! The recipe was a was a hit! Moist easy, and tasty.

I didn't have any chili sauce so I substituted it with ketchup. This is by far the best meatloaf I have ever made/tasted! My boyfriend is very picky and he absolutely loved it! I would post a picture of it but it was gone before could 😂 We give this recipe an A+

Excellent, very easy to prepare and tweak if needed. I use my own topping but it's our favourite recipe for meatloaf!
