I remember my mothers Potato Cakes and they were always a treat. Mom has been gone 20 years and I have tried and tried to make them with various degrees of success (as in, Well, I can eat them to OH heck know get it in the trash). Found this recipe and THANK YOU. Tastes just like my moms. AWESOME!
